  5. Best contrarian indicator is DIT’s forecasts during winter warmups and summer “cool” downs . It’s money in the bank.

  12. I saw a Mike Ventrice Tweet 3 days ago about watching the tropics the next two weeks for a surge in African monsoon that should keep eyes focused on MDR for development based but I certainly didn’t see that being the majority opinion when I looked to see if the tropics were looking like they would “heat up “ in that time frame .

  18. I was there on June 27 weekend and it was pretty packed that weekend . It gets busier in the late evening , like now it’s quite busy . Where did you go earlier today ? The beach wasn’t as packed bc they still had parking when the 27’th didn’t in a couple of the lots but there is pretty good spacing on the sand
  19. Horsecrap weather last 90 minutes in Newport . 76 cloudy and breezy
  20. Gotta say the Maine beach experience has got to be the most over valued destinations based on just how often they experience foggy awful weather..in comparison to S coastal beaches and their water is ice cold . I Imagine only folks w like a beach house “in the family” or grew up in that area and never enjoyed sunny beaches would rave about such a destination or book there ahead of time ?
