Well there are a number of places cooler on a SW wind but not really “E MA” . He must be thinking cape cod / islands and coastal Maine and Cape Ann . E MA has those days in spring . Also the S 20 miles of SE mass will be cooler on a strong SW breeze .

Pretty good In here tonite TSLA stock is an enigma to me I am certainly not a fan of autonomous driving , Maybe I’ll be proven wrong but the whole idea seems totally unnecessary, careless and a recipe for horrific accidents .

TSLA ... should be a wild ride The last couple days there has been a shift of money back to the Nasdaq (over other indexes) after a 2 month rotation . Who knows if it becomes legit but that would help Tech stocks. If yields are able to stay under 1.6 or fall it seems the market may show appetite to expand valuations again . Crypto was oversold and what a big bounce today

Lending standards got so laughable in that period . It was basically unbelievable, when NINJA loans were being written. This time there has been (in my opinion) a Spike in wealthy Cash buyers who would rather have a growing percentage of their nest egg in Hard assets that will reprice upward if fiat currency debasement continues to succeed . At some point , the muting of the Traditional “business cycle “ thru Central bank intervention and a replacement with what has so far boom- bust asset price cycles will find a inability to Keep the reflation going and at that point we will undergo a global financial system reorganization. At that point .. regardless if a basket of digital currencies or digital SDR (Special drawing rights ) currency Becomes the backbone ...* it is highly unlikely the US currency is Sitting atop as the lone Reserve Currency * and we will lose the economic/military benefits of having that luxury .

The historic relationship between incomes and house values is getting a bit stretched again. Perhaps the Fed is helping the ole household balance sheet and the wealth effect By buying billions of mortgage backed securities every month. (Not a bad thing but maybe send Jerome Powell a Xmas card )

Do you think most experts really respect the average persons ability to Do what they are told if given a honest appraisal . In any setting or industry? People are generally morons . Peoples opinions are easily shaped and molded and this has been near perfected over time . Public Messages for almost anything are designed to change behavior to that which is desired and to create less resistance . Experts believe they know better and that they are protecting the public and the greater good . They aren’t going to let the public’s intelligence or lack there of or ...dissent toward a truthful acknowledgement of what all the motovation$$ are lead to a less dramatic and more straightforward message That could lead to a weaker result when it comes to desired changes , opinions etc

I mean why Would they say this , even if it was a possibility? By asking this it would seem someone is naive to not understand the backlash that would present itself and undermine their whole purpose . Health authorities are very careful when they communicate messages to the public . Their first Concern is getting the public to CHANGE behavior to something desired quickly . THAT is why they said 2 weeks to flatten the curve, that would lead to the least resistance . It’s much easier and proven to keep moving goal posts . Some get this or don’t . Yes ..this line of thinking May open itself to “crazy” talk but “two weeks to flatten the curve “ was never even meant to be two weeks ...it was meant to be a message to initiate what health authorities deemed a needed and desired change in behavior that would be adopted by most .

I think that is the thing where people are less divided but still cautious of what other people think. Realize ...Some people are less social anyway and won't be that bothered by not gathering in bigger groups . Some cultures will be gathering because that is what makes life worth living and they are centered on having extended family meetings. At some point after all those that want to be vaccinated are....folks start to realize that the "one size fits all , act this way, we are all in danger ...or you can "kill someone's grandma' TV advice/mantra has passed and its time to move on and they don't need to hear it from people who will say one thing very cautiously on camera and act a different way in their personal life bc that is just the way being "politically correct" is on TV. And those that haven't move on to may be exhibiting some legit form of anxiety from the 24/7 scrolling death toll for months.

The MSM is a business that can really step up in times of turmoil and benefits from driving up fear, division ....Emotion. They are exceptional at dividing and getting people to see each other according to sex, race, income or party member..anything that seems like regression to me. I don't know exactly who is driving the car or why but this pervasive think like me or your xyz has taken hold and really become a virus in and of it's self.

I find it all very psychologically interesting . The delivery of the message, the effects that has , the difference in the way different states have enforced things and the different opinions people in those states have . Also the different abilities folks seem to use analytically measuring a threat And acting accordingly to that level , or being more comfortable eliminating any “chance “ or acting carelessly toward others . Never mind other threats we may seem to be ok taking but aren’t reminded of hourly (granted individual threats differ enormously even if that wasn’t purposefully spelled out ). Its just wild . The one thing that was not shocking , but eye opening to me is the way the ball was dropped at nursing homes Even after the first wave and it’s ironic the focus of the message has been on keeping safe and being willing to over prepare for safety . 1% of US population made up 40% of deaths ....LT care facilities.

I don’t know why folks get so emotional . I can understand disagreements but I admit I do usually check in to see how many fists are flying .

People want to hear whatever makes them warm and fuzzy coming out of other people’s mouths , right . Usually ... I like to think I’m pretty open minded . Meaning not that I will believe anything lol but that I am not so married to my beliefs that I will be fearful of changing opinions . I am very tolerant of opposing viewpoints . It’s like constantly gathering information and updating . I Am also very comfortable not knowing the answer . money is the prime motivator in many corporate situations at board of directors level . This doesn’t mean decisions are evil but conflicts of interests are abound , it’s all very fascinating . I’m impressed humans haven’t blown each other up.

No scrolling death toll there to raise awareness I don’t intend to agitate (honestly )but cmon , sounds like it’s a inconvenient truth that the suffering from Covid lockdowns and closures has really crippled social safety nets in many foreign countries and has actually led to many fatalities .
