Temp now above freezing here. 32.4 -
Under performer here as well. A coating of snow/sleet. Temp rising steadily and now 31.8

Temp didn’t budge here. Still 28.8 and a winter wonderland outside. 1.2” blanketed on everything, including roads. Sanitation has still not passed anywhere around here. Morning commute won’t be pretty around here.

HRRR has adjusted and keeps NYC and north shore of LI as snow for the remainder of this event.

The temps are surprising. Models overestimated by 4-5 degrees. Did not expect main roads and highways to be solidly coated.

Just felt an aftershock in Queens.

Entire building was rumbling and vibrating for a good 15 seconds here in Bayside, Queens. The other 2 earthquakes in my lifetime (NYC) were nothing like this one. Those were very weak. Felt one in Greece as well, but didn't last long. Definitely memorable and a bit scary.
