Just looked , their is a 25" spot , nw of Stuart VA... thats Kuchera from the 3k NAM

The Euro may very well be right for the mountains but I don't believe the moisture gets shut off east of there as modeled... especially since the NAM was doing the same thing and came around and filled in today

IMBY , if you use the Kuchera , it only knocks off maybe 2" from the 10:1 , so not a huge deal...
