The AI on pivotal now shows snowfall accumulation lol

Raleigh definitely deserved this from all the cold rains and Mix precip yall normally get.

A lot of folks on here that don't get much snow, got it this time. Happy for yall! Right many people on this board have cashed in this winter.
Now we just need 1 real Big one and then bring on spring lol

What exactly did we do to burn it down? Post model runs? I didn't see any western posters post about hoping you all got nothing. The dry air was real. Places like where @BornAgain13 lives were under a WSW and got very little.
We may of been close to 1/2" but it was still beautiful. I'm hoping that burst of Snow will get us tomorrow. But yes ours should of been an advisory and not warning but that's how crazy the system was. It went from being at least 4" to not much.

The westerners did their best to burn this place down yesterday but we persevered and ended up with a great storm. Congrats to those who saw good snows. I’ll be interested to see totals but sounds like 2-4” for most of triangle with some isolated jackpots and much more to the east. Had a blast tracking this one and, as I finish my last drink of the evening, it is still snowing. A frustrating storm but our season total is now 5.10” (0.60”, 1.30”, 3.20”) and if @GaWxis correct that gets my backyard to climo for the season (I thought it was 5.80”). It’s been a wild ride this week but I’m glad we finally pulled out a decent coastal in central NC and enjoyed the discussion on here as always
Glad yall got a decent one man.

Little burst of Snow coming in tomorrow could mean business for wherever it sets up. Most short range guidance has 1/2" - 1" in some spots.

Snow is wrapping up here in the next 30 min to an hour. Hopefully that band hits us tomorrow morning to! Congrats on the ones getting it to the east

Would love for the GFS to be right here but the way things are looking, we will be fortunate to get a dusting or coating.

Looking decent for you folks to the east but when that transport of energy happens, central NC and southern central VA will be on the wrong end unfortunately.

Well no matter what happens tomorrow or doesn't happens... i enjoyed tracking this one. I know it won't turn out for most folks to be the big one but maybe we can get one before winter is over. I've lost a lot of hours of sleep tracking this thing lol. I'm beat

This is not looking promising at all.

Yeah this ain't good. This may end up being one of the biggest busts of models and forecasts in history.

Do yall think we will see the QPF beef up at 0z with most guidance?

Our locals up this way are saying 3-6" up this way. I hope they are right. Their futurecast look alot more bullish than some of the normal models.

GFs seems to be pretty locked in.
GFS has been the most consistent so far. Is it right? We will see.

With the GFS and GEFS being the only ones showing much if anything at all, I'm not getting my hopes up yet
