Does anyone have a IP/ZR forecast maps?

Does anyone have any IP/ZR total maps? Just wanting to see how much we're talking about here...one guy told me today that upper elevations could receive up to .60-.75"....is that accurate?

It is really quiet in here considering we may have our first measurable snow in less than a week. Where is everyone?
I am here...feel like it is a coming

Old man Jerry said it's gonna be a hard winter because the leaves are thick

Stout winds up here in Todd today...there go the leaves...not a great season for the leaf watchers...they're just falling up here in our area
-
My daughter was up on our property near Elk Knob about an hour ago and she told me there were some flurries.

44 here in Todd at our place...bet we have snow by Halloween...looks like we're skipping Fall and going straight to winter. Too warm and too wet...so IMO the leaves will fall off and unfortunately, it's not gonna be a great 'leaf looking' transition this year.

It took Duke Energy over thirty hours of “assessing damage” to come up with a power restoration estimate of Tuesday, October 16 at 11:45 PM.
I feel sorry for my generator, but it’s a Honda and can probably manage.
Hondas are good motors...but I think it's gonna be Wednesday or Thursday before the lights come back on for Central and SE NC...all the resources seem to be down south ATM. Good luck!

Posted in the main thread in the tropical subforum but posting here as it is just incredible footage. Sudduth mounted a GoPro in Mexico Beach. In all the recent years of impressive landfall footage, this takes the cake. Some of the gusts/bursts look similar to shockwaves:
I can't believe that camera stayed up...must be welded to a steel beam buried in cement. That's mind blowing!

No power here in far northeastern Guilford county. Estimated restoration is Monday or Tuesday. I do believe Duke energy sent alot of there crews south thinking it wouldn't be that bad here. I have drove around for miles and haven't seen one line truck.
There's a ton of folks in Central and SE NC with no power...maybe back on Tuesday or Wednesday...good luck sir.

Haven't heard much talk about the threat of tornados...

RDU is failing big time on this one IMO. After overhyping Florence, we're under hyping one of the strongest storms to ever hit the Gulf Coast that will be rocketing up through eastern NC. Unreal. Most people I work with have no clue what there in store for. 50-75mph winds is not joke. Florence barely reached 40MPH in Raleigh.
In addition, the ground is already saturated across the state with the leading rains and it's a healthy cat. 4, just a few from a 5. Hope everyone has their milk sandwiches ready. Seriously though, folks in the path need to be prepared for potential flooding, power outages and falling trees.

Love to camp and hike around the tall dunes at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park in Florida...it's that super thin strip Micheal's aiming for...hope to go there in March and hopefully the dunes will hold. Winds currently at 150, so that's like what....5 from a cat 5?

Was enjoying a nice Pernicious IPA on King Street at the Boone Saloon today...went to the restroom...came back took a big pull on my cold brew and a darn old yellow jacket was in there...by the time I could get it out of my mouth it stung me all in my gums and my upper lip...6.5 hours later my upper jaw and lip are burning...any advice here to get the sting away???
