  1. This is awesome. I can't remember who said it but to get an event like this at the beginning of a pattern is a gift.
  2. Mostly sleet with some flakes mixed. And now going back to mostly snow.
  3. @ravensrule I didn't realize how close @Kleimax was to me. His measurements are probably reliable too.
  4. Getting bigger flake size here with about 6". Stay all snow, stay all snow, stay all snow...
  5. The pythagorean theorem tells me that you have 5.9" of snow.
  6. Just my opinion, but if you're going to do the driveway, do it now. I think you'll want some snow under whatever falls after the transition.
  7. Swept off the covered porches and shoveled some, and it's so cold out there. Just beautiful. Someone wake up maestro so he'll stop complaining.
  8. You can almost see it accumulating. Ratios must be stellar right now.
  9. I need some heavy daylight snow in my life. Closing in on 4".
  10. Where are you in the Ville? Just swept away a nice spot for my cat. She's very confused.
  11. You’re wasting your time. That dude is immune to criticism.
  12. No. Sorry, bro. We know your microclimate. You can only tell us that it isn't snowing over your house.
  13. I hope @Ji keeps drinking that TWC jazz. I've liked more of his posts in the past three days than in the past 15 years.
  14. There are still people not here that think they're getting 20" because their phone still says it.
  15. They have a better transit system there than Baltimore. Seriously. And the pipes are thawed!! I don't think there's any damage, and I've left on the upstairs bathroom sink to trickle.
  16. Damn. Benson is a cutie! 14 outside. 104 in the laundry room.
  17. Okay, rye whiskey is poured. Cat is going outside, back inside, outside, inside, repeat... Caps game is on soon. Radar returns are showing up. And snow is on the way! Let's go!
  18. I understand the reason for codes, but there has to be some common sense involved. But thanks. I'm not overly worked up over it. I am pretty sure that I turned off the water to that part of the house before any pipes were damaged, and I still have the bathroom in the original 1941 structure to use because it never freezes. It's just the newer part.
