  1. Yeah almost 200k out. Should put us in the top 10 as far as outages go.
  2. Not sure why that is. It’s possible that sv sets snow algorithm to 0 when temp is >32. With that said, wb could end up being too high in places due to weaker forcing.
  3. A lot of interesting things are bound to happen tomorrow. Some people are going to stay rain longer than thought and some will go over to snow quicker. I’m just watching run after run of the HRRR to find continuity and so far it seems to be alright.
  4. That only has lewiston maine getting 3”. I’d be fairly shocked if it was that low. The only way i can see that happening if we warm sectored aloft and the banding stayed to the west then dissipated.
  5. Wow, nice. The Sugarloaf Ski area should get wrecked pretty good.
  6. I can’t believe you still have that. That was an epic thread lol.
  7. Probably #1 for me also. Although I have special memories from several.
  8. Yeah he lived in CT. Usually he was too busy in OT posting pics of himself flexing shirtless in front of a mirror.
  9. I was just gonna mention that lol. I had forgotten his user name tho. He was a disaster in off-topic.
  10. Remember that dude who lived in like Caribou ME? I think it was the valentines day ‘07 storm (?) where he posted his own map basically croaking all of interior new england when all the models were out to sea at that point? And he pretty much verified? Lololol
  11. I’ve been staring at the 00z HRRR loop like a cat stares at a feather duster on the top of the fridge.
  12. That was nuts. The wettest snow you can get without it being rain.
  13. Yeah, whatever layer that feature is most discernible. Sometimes have to increase the height contour density.
  14. I’m not looking at much data at the moment. But what does the back-bent warm front look like in the 700mb height fields? I like to use that as a rough dividing line between the good stuff and the lighter, more showery crap. Whomever remains to the west of that is golden.
  15. Decent live webcams like yours aren’t a dime a dozen in this forecast area. Yours is sweet. Cams like yours help a ton...especially coming into snow squall season.
  16. I like your webcam view. Use it at work at gyx at times to keep an eye on the wx up your way.
