Yes for sure. My point was that there’s still good winter to be had when 3 weeks from now rolls around. But our timing and fortune has been horrid. Sometimes that’s just how it is. Oh well…if NNE starts getting rocked, that works great for me too…I have more sledding to do this year.

Not 3 weeks Paul..3 weeks brings us to President day weekend..which is mid Feb. that’s a great time around here for snow. And March can be prolific, and has been in the recent past. But we don’t have any luck this year for sure. Oh well…let’s see how the next month to 6 weeks play out?

Solid 3” pack and frigid temps…at least it’s legit January conditions and deep winter. More snow would be great. But I’ll take this over mild and damp/rainy anytime.

It’s not about the amounts many times..it’s about the visibility, and cold feel. Obviously for NE, Blizzards are big storms here for us. Midwest, and Louisiana lol that isn’t always the case(in Louisiana’s case have they ever had a blizzard warning?).

There have been a couple 384 hr big heat maps posted from the obvious trolls that never happened, a few times over the last month, or at least no where near to the extent that it was shown from 16 days out. That’s why I questioned the 16 day Op lead time. Lots can be, and many times are wrong as you know with a prog like that..in either direction. But interesting nonetheless.
