Agreed. I’m kind of like let’s see what each one brings..looking to far ahead with potential threats can get blurry…and distort things too. But let’s get the rally going.
Now this is perspective…thanks for the reality. We gamble and take our shots..if it fails, so be it and we call it a rat. Rather have the look and shots that are lining up, than the other way around as you pointed out.
I can attest…there is some fabulous riding in the county. And some areas are thin as you said. Stay away from fields at the moment. Allagash and Debouile couldn’t have been any better…and Eagle Lake was actually very good too. Down to caribou was decent to good(a little thin as you got towards town in caribou). But they’ve gotten a few more inches since I’ve been there a week ago. So things are improving too.
Regarding yesterday…This is not true at all here. Perhaps in your area? But it didn’t work that way here. A lot will go today with the sun, but the 2.5” held up pretty dam well yesterday in this area. I was surprised it did, but it did. It’ll go today and await refreshing.
Lol..this was the whole town here yesterday ..not my yard. Full cover after a day of 42. It’ll go today..but that was my point earlier. Anyway..moving on.
No grass showing here and we only had 2.5”, so his post was trash. Tomorrow it’ll go, but the little bit that fell, survived the whole day that was 42 degrees. That’s my point.
