This thing is far from any type of consensus…but keep expectations low and we all good. Some improvements with the GFS at 12z, and CMC was quite nice..so a marked improvement from that one too. Let’s see what ensembles say?

Northern Aroostook will get theirs..Abs so will western Maine. But we gotta be patient. In ‘21, I didn’t take my first trip til 1/21, abd it was marginal, but then it took off shortly there after. It happens. We wait for now. It will come.

Yes, not surprised at all. Lots of moving parts. Very low expectations obviously. Can’t seem to catch a break so far.

Lol…I’m glad it’s snowing for you, but it’s not going to amount to much is my point. Radar looks like garbage for CT. This is just about over for us. We’re gonna miss out on 99% of what happens later on. East and northeast has a shot at a few inches. Gotta hope something breaks right for us Monday Or Friday next week.

Ya…I wouldn’t be resting my hat on that either. If we lose 3 more weeks, and get nothing(which is very possible) that’s not a good thing. Next week is far from certain obviously, but as Luke said, the 80’s seem to be back now, and in that decade whatever could go wrong did. And we seem to be back to that again unfortunately.

In the end it’s almost always like that….gotta have just the right amount of certain ingredients. This year we can’t seem to catch a break, so we’ll err on this not coming together the way we’ll need it to to keep expectations in check at the moment. Ironically, it was exactly two weeks ago on a Friday (the 23rd), that the other bigger potential went down the drain too for us with the cutter idea. Funny shit this is starting to do something we don’t want on the same day. Can’t make it up.

As we all know..it’s an OP run 200 plus hrs out..And it’s the CMC(which sucks). I’m not sweating the OP runs flipping and flopping. But I like the discussion. So I guess it’s certainly a possibility.

CMC blows Jerry. Scooter already said the airmass is legit for the timeframe if it doesn’t cut or get cut off.
