  1. Just saying…. The positive departures gonna get knocked back.
  2. Tomorrow probably pull a -10 departure for highs.
  3. He’s a little lost on that whole March is not a winter month idea…he forgets all the March big boys…but we accept his shortcomings.
  4. Agreed…but those comparing to ‘12 will be wrong by the end of the month.
  5. Thank you. This is all we mean. Yes mild for sure. But nothing close to ‘12. Good post.
  6. Yes a few…but not like ‘12, and certainly no where near as warm either. It’s been above yes, but sensibly it ain’t even close to ‘12.
  7. Was that the same guy who said everybody but a couple summits were skiing on granite?
  8. Lmao…yup it feels just like March of 12…said nobody ever.
  9. ZERO! Lousy afternoon for sensible weather period.
  10. Yes sir. Another day of suckage here…but it’s +2 for the high so let’s say it’s March 12 lol.
  11. Yup. Numbers for first half are there, but it didn’t feel anything even close to ‘12. So it will be forgotten quickly. Especially after what’s coming.
  12. Ya that’s fine…but in sensible weather it wasn’t even close Kev, and that’s there for everyone to FEEL also. It’s akin to having a winter that’s frigid and snowy, and comparing it to a winter that’s just frigid, with little to no snow. Which one is gonna be Remembered? And remembered more fondly…???
  13. In all honesty, Too bad it didn’t feel like anything close to March 12…except for 1 day.
  14. Law of averages after a while…I wouldn’t be counting anything out at this lead time.
  15. I’d take that in a heartbeat…perfect for the cabin in N Maine, which would provide great riding conditions next season if that played out.
  16. Was up there last week…there was zero on the ground. Had to clear out the cabin and get gear etc…Zero snow. Ironically, last Sunday and Sunday night they got 6 inches or so, to send us off last Monday morning lol.
  17. If the north could have kept their base intact…this would be fine. The County got hit hard last mid and late March last year, and I was up riding on 3/30, 3/31 and 4/1…and it was superb. But being it’s all gone already, and clubs are shut down for the year, ya it’s too late this time.
  18. Me too. And as I said in a previous post, there’s a very large difference when you work out side during the summer, between 85 and 95 degrees.
  19. It comes when it wants unfortunately….
  20. Well I think most folks can tell the difference…(and it’s a big difference) between 85 and 95 degrees in the summer. That’s a very big difference in the summer and in the sensible weather feel. But I see your point otherwise, and agree for the most part. I worked outside everyday in the summer for a lot of years…and 85 was a cake walk…but 95 is alot rougher on the body. Huge difference there for sure.
  21. Looks incredible. But Why was it only open til 1 pm?
  22. Was 44 here…so we below for the high some.
