I just hit 20 about 10 minutes ago. We right now likely have more snowpack than most areas around us so that might be why. @Mount Joy Snowman probably can speak to this since he was in town yesterday iirc.

Yup. There are some patches in the ice here and there but it's a big ice jam N of the dock street dam. It's been frozen over for a week now. I posted a pic Tuesday of it.

Friend in Newport got -12. She’s in a real low spot down there. And like @Itstrainingtime said - it is very cold but honestly does not feel terrible since zero wind and it’s incredibly dry. This beats last week’s mid 20s with 30 mph constant winds.
