Winds this afternoon and overnight appear to be stronger - pushing 40 mph now.

Today was one of the most beautiful winter days I’ve ever experienced. It snowed for 11 hours straight, the trees are caked in snow, and it was a low ceiling. A+.

CTP now had 1-3” snow Saturday. Lol

These are massive snowflakes falling right now.

Windy tomorrow (mid 30 mph winds). And CTP had taken snow out of my forecast for Saturday. It’s all rain now.

Snowing quite good here right now. I’m guessing this was a 1.25” event - very surprised and pleased about the early morning returns and having to leaf blow the sidewalk.

My sidewalk caved but not the roads. I’ll consider that a win.

We’re in between accumulating bands (it’s not snowing here) and unless that southern slides north it is. CTP has snow ending by 1 am for MDT.

I’m stuck between the south stream and the N feed that Voyager saw. I’ll put this “event” down as .5”. Doesn’t seem the south band will move far enough north. Tomorrow doesn’t look promising for snow - last I saw rain takes over snow in the evening. My grid calls for less than half an inch.

Looking like my wish for a coating on pavement won’t come to fruition. And tomorrow looks like nothing either. I guess Saturday cuts so a big rain storm. We need that system next week or else time starts ticking on spring.

35 at 12:30. I still think it’ll only be a coating (paved surface accumulation) here.

Elliott > a model run I predict a coating to .5” through Wednesday evening. We might get 1-2” overnight into Thursday though

That's the one. Although for a lot of people it has you projecting out of both ends with equal force at the same time.

Get well soon @Bubbler86. Tons of viruses kicking around, although I think the horrible norovirus phase that hit PA is starting to ebb.

Oh yea we’ll get nice snow I think (although accumulating will suffer since it’s so prolonged) but MD gets some 12”+ stuff.
