I just hit 20 about 10 minutes ago. We right now likely have more snowpack than most areas around us so that might be why. @Mount Joy Snowman probably can speak to this since he was in town yesterday iirc.

Yup. There are some patches in the ice here and there but it's a big ice jam N of the dock street dam. It's been frozen over for a week now. I posted a pic Tuesday of it.

Friend in Newport got -12. She’s in a real low spot down there. And like @Itstrainingtime said - it is very cold but honestly does not feel terrible since zero wind and it’s incredibly dry. This beats last week’s mid 20s with 30 mph constant winds.

If you come into the city tmrw you’ll see a pretty decent increase in snow here, judging by the yard and road status in this pic. Also bring the kids - I can put them to work shoveling more haha
