  1. There are so many cars off the shoulder of 581 - it’s crazy. One has part of a guardrail pierced through the windshield …
  2. How are you olds able to use a computer? That’s impressive! jkjkjk
  3. I’m saying this was a 5.75” storm for me.
  4. There will be 80-90 mph winds Tuesday night at the 850mb - if we get heavy rain they could get mixed down. I think it’s going to be very bad for someone in this forum.
  5. We now turn attention to a damaging 40 hour high wind event across the entire region. Oh and 3” rain that will flood waterways, roads and basements.
  6. Steady rain and 32. I got around 6” snow so very lucky but this still blows.
  7. Penndot didn’t even plow 83 or 81 it seems.
  8. That’s fair. I just did the same (not that much but a lot for a city lot with the sidewalks and driveway and all)
  9. https://www.lowes.com/pd/ego-24in-2-stage-snow-thrower-kit/1003130720?irclickid=UW2xZ63IcxyIWsjTq9SrI0ZtUkHx6c1BuXKuyI0&irgwc=1&cm_mmc=aff-_-c-_-prd-_-mdv-_-gdy-_-all-_-0-_-2481278-_-0
  10. That’s a heavy heavy 5-6” snow. And it’s pouring rain with a lot of sleet.
  11. Sorry I’m closer to 5” than 6” and mostly rain now.
  12. I don’t even understand how it’s possible. ughggghhh
  13. I’m gonna owe all y’all drinks. Rest up the wrists, @Jns2183
  14. We do - it’s the sustained nature that is an issue.
  15. CTP has this in the latest discussion. This is going to be bad. Strong gusty winds will be a concern for parts of Central PA on Tuesday into Wednesday as a surface low bombs out across the Great Lakes. Gradient winds ahead of the approaching low will produce strong southeasterly winds across the higher elevations in the Laurels and northern mountains. Gusty winds are also possible across southeast PA where guidance indicates the potential of breaking into the warm sector ahead of an approaching occluded front. Winds will shift around to westerly during the day on Wednesday as the low passes to the north. Current EPS guidance shows a 60% chance of exceeding advisory criteria across the aforementioned zones (everywhere except the central ridge/valley region).
  16. Looks like I’m nearing 4”. Still SN+. Debating going to clean up so I don’t have to do it in the cold rain.
  17. It’s just so beautiful. Brings a tear to the eye.
  18. 3” it seems. No wind really - 5-10 mph stuff.
  19. Well yea it’s Saturday but what are your snowfall rates like?
  20. I always think that storm was in mid December. Covid brain!
