There are more than 500 individual fires spread across the 2nd largest country on earth and all in area without roads so zero access. 9 million hectares have burned. Only thing that can help is rain - which isn’t availability apparently.

Harrisburg once again has the worst air quality in the world right now. It’s f’n horrific.

It’s awful here. Smells like a campfire. It’s crazy Mets have no idea when it’ll leave. We have an outdoor event tmrw and might have to cancel cause smoke. It sucks.

Allstate apparently is AWFUL at any claim and denying anything weather related. They've been kicked out of CA and iirc AZ. If you have them, I'd seriously start shopping around.

Allstate denied my sister's roof claim. Half her roof literally was blown off in a storm. She's sued via the state insurance board.

We need a roof so that's next year's fun.

We paid $11,800 in 2019 for a whole new HVAC system. New water heater install next week is $1,800.

I think it’s more smokey right now than ever. Can’t see across the river. It’s bad. If it’s not it’s at least now down on or level and not upper air.

Had a rough encounter in Panama City in 2014 or so but to be fair it was near a building that was burned out and full of squatters. Cool city though for sure.

At 9 am at my parents' it is 84 with a 73 percent humidity and 74 DP. Here at 10 it's a smokey 69.
