  1. That'll get much higher tonight as the line comes through and mixes down the strong winds.
  2. Sex before class was always a special trea ... Oh you mean a snow squall. Nice.
  3. I saw no snowflakes this morning. Pretty steady rain now, winds nearing 20 as they begin their ramp up. We'll prob need another wind headline tomorrow and then one from Friday to Sunday. That might be stronger winds than today/tonight/tomorrow - that's a bomb coming at us.
  4. Great write up @MAG5035! Did you see Sterling said this? The evening sounding on Tuesday at IAD could break observed wind records at 925mb, 850mb, and 700mb.
  5. This is the NAM wind output. HRRR is quite a bit less (looks like maxing around 50 for LSV)
  6. Good fix. The NAM has 10m 71 mph gusts for Lancaster. It's a low-end tornado hitting overnight for hours. And then strong winds Wednesday evening, then maybe even stronger for the weekend. This is a bad, bad thing we're about to face.
  7. Going to guess a lot of power outages in the MA/NE starting tomorrow. 60 mph winds for hours and 2" rain on ground already matured from snow melt is a disaster dream scenario.
  8. They're going to have to extend that advisory until Wednesday evening, and probably issue more Saturday/Sunday.

  11. There are so many cars off the shoulder of 581 - it’s crazy. One has part of a guardrail pierced through the windshield …
  12. How are you olds able to use a computer? That’s impressive! jkjkjk
  13. I’m saying this was a 5.75” storm for me.
  14. There will be 80-90 mph winds Tuesday night at the 850mb - if we get heavy rain they could get mixed down. I think it’s going to be very bad for someone in this forum.
  15. We now turn attention to a damaging 40 hour high wind event across the entire region. Oh and 3” rain that will flood waterways, roads and basements.
  16. Steady rain and 32. I got around 6” snow so very lucky but this still blows.
  17. Penndot didn’t even plow 83 or 81 it seems.
  18. That’s fair. I just did the same (not that much but a lot for a city lot with the sidewalks and driveway and all)
