Yeah, I was looking down stream and that was the point i was trying to make, That slp on the euro would have either held serve of 12z or maybe even been a tic or two west, Where the GFS was well east of there at the surface.

Well when you do a comparison on similarities upstream Wouldn't you be basing on that same result downstream?

Closed H5 low over ack on the 12z, Doesn't close until it gets close to CAR 18z is the difference, for up here, South didn't matter much.

Weaker east a tic or two this run, On to 0z.

All the models seem to be phasing to all or some degree that s/w crossing NM instead of leaving it behind as the trough is in a better position for that feature to be more east.

18z Nam looks like it would have been good just based off of hr 84 H5 map.

You would have really liked some of Sam Lillo's maps if you liked this one, Lets just say there was some engorged areas............
