  3. Maybe down there, Its sucked up here, I can't even mow my 6-12" lawn and more rain overnight into tomorrow, Maybe we dry out a few days next week finally.

Yeah, Done some extensive research here the last few weeks, Looks like Mitsubishi and Samsung are the dominate brands for this area with some Daiken's here and there, Waiting on 1 more quote to make 3, Leaning Samsung as i can't justify the added cost difference of the Mitsubishi units when both have the same warranty on parts and compressor.
