    437 PM EST SUN JAN 25 2026 ...RECORD DAILY SNOWFALL SET AT NEWARK NJ... 9.8 INCHES OF SNOWFALL WAS RECORDED TODAY AT NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THIS BREAKS THE OLD RECORD OF 5.5 INCHES, SET IN 2000. RECORDS FOR THE NEWARK NJ AREA GO BACK TO 1931.

    Problem is more about the snow maps than the model itself though it was too dry by a bit

    Heaviest of the day now just ahead of the mix line. 1 to 2 pm was always a good estimate down here

    This seems pretty spot on to where the mix line is now. This is rrfs at 18z. Maybe a bit overdone on the jersey shore
