  1. Some think it's a carbon copy. What a spectacular afternoon. It feels like May or June, rather than the last couple of days of winter. Temperatures this afternoon will soar into the 70s across much of the region. Yesterday Boston broke a record high of 74°, breaking the old record which was set just last year of 70°. This afternoon we hit 74° breaking the record high of 72° set way back in 1903. Inland areas will once again reach for the mid 70s this afternoon with plenty of sunshine. https://www.boston.com/weather/weather/2012/03/19/record_early_warmth_continues
  2. Same place as yesterday's & the day before. Hoping the sun pokes through and we can at least Salvage a couple hours of warmth from this supposed torch.
  3. Good! Probably not what we need for the new coronavirus testing sites. Being that they're mostly tents. Could be problematic today if we get any storms.
  4. Mixed frozen only accumulating on car tops. Looks like a miserable day ahead.
  5. I'll take a few more of today thanks. Gorgeous.
  6. It's going to be 65 to 70 for the rest of the week. Or so some say.
  7. It has been known to snow in March. Three years ago... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDvEb4e4yWE
  8. What happened to 65-70 for the foreseeable future beginning on Wednesday? Not seeing the March 2012 redux everyone has been talking about.
  9. Yeah only a mix in the coastal plain. .SYNOPSIS... High pressure over the Gulf of Maine will provide a dry but chilly night. A frontal system brings a period of light precipitation to our area Tuesday. Precipitation may begin as light snow showers but will transition quickly to mainly light rain with little if any accumulation. Expect dry and mild conditions Wednesday as high pressure builds over New England. A frontal system will bring a period of rain/snow mix in the coastal plain and interior snow late Wednesday night, changing to all rain Thursday into Thursday night
  10. Unpossible it's going to be 65 to 70 starting Wednesday.
  11. Right on track as we thought
  12. 65 to 70 starting Wednesday? LOLs
  13. You should share that model with the National Weather Service because they're not seeing it. LONG TERM /SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY/... Highlights... * Period of showers Tue, perhaps beginning as a brief period of light snow/ice across parts of the interior high terrain * Dry and seasonably chilly on Wed * Period or two of mainly rain likely sometime Thu night into Fri
  14. I'm still waiting for the 65 to 70.
  15. I've always been in the camp of it's more the Archer than the arrow . Friend of mine recently retired and treated himself to ping g700 irons. Only clubs I've ever hit where I can say without a doubt they give a clear mechanical advantage. The ball rockets off the club.
  16. Hopefully we can get some precipitation down in Connecticut to stem the wildfires.
  17. Doesn't look like a whole heck of a lot what's the base?
