I do, all the time.  I use that stove 150+ times a year, so it needs constant maintenance.  I should have done it before the picture, though, so point taken! : )

just raggin a little.  i want a wood stove in a bad way as I grew up with one and nothing is better for a snowy day than a fire crackling.

Very interesting column. The warm nose causing the initial sleet mixed out and colder air/evap cooling won the battle. Can't walk the line any closer between snow/no snow for the close burbs.

meso page still showing the CAD and column holding its own.  really unexpected IMO.

100 inches or bust, water dude. It snowed today, it's never gonna stop snowing!

Every day it doesn't snow we all die a little on the inside.  I don't want to see my leabs again all winter.  #DCistundra2018

All things being equal, this is a tremendous start to the season. Too many years we have been chasing one of these in early January...trying to get on the board.

I agree and I only hope that this early storm doesn't make people magically believe that it should now snow wall to wall all winter.  Nov storms are rare and should be enjoyed.  But they are rare and not an indicator of how a winter will go.  Asking for common sense is like asking for a toddler to understand quantum physics so I know I'm expecting too much.
