He did not. He just said lots of things the models are showing don't add up..like the stall and move west which I don't think know will happen. It was a quick update and he said he'd have more later, but had to turn off.

News12 NJ Dave Curran says don't buy into the stall and retrograde scenario. Doesn't see it happening.
