Wasn't expecting to be paid by NOAA today, but here we are. lol. Anyway....only got to 83.1F today and now the dew is down to 60. Finally pretty nice out.

Caught the thinnest, weakest part of the line. Picked up 0.16" of rain. Puts the the monthly total at 2.83". However, 2 inches of that occurred on one day...in one hour. Not much rain for the rest of the 743 hours of the month. Just need that September or October tropical system and we'll be good!

Sea breeze is kicking off tons of convection to my south east. Currently have something forming directly above me. Hopefully get something out of it. Hit a high of 90.3F today...now at 81 with a dew of 72.

That is confirmed. It peaked at 83.8F last night.....which may be a new record? Primed for tropical season.

Picked up 3 drops since this morning, so that was a fail. The sunset wasn't, though.

Low of 61.4F this morning. Currently 67 with a dew of 53. Finally have the windows open!

Got hammered this morning. 1.93" of rain in an hour with about 1.5" of that falling in just 20 minutes. Had a max rain rate of 6.78"/hr.

Here, too. 90.2F. Another sweaty day. To top it off, there is a chemical truck venting fumes in East Greenwich Township, which has the entirety of Gloucester County smelling like shit. NJDEP recommends staying inside. Yeah, the heat index already has me there. lol

I got absolutely slammed by a slight outflow. I don't think I've ever seen such a hot and humid summer with such weak or nonexistent storms.

Picked up 0.75" inches of rain last night in the one storm. Monthly total is at 4.57".

High of 80.6F today. Dew stayed in the mid 60's. Helluva break from the oven.

Second storm weakened and moved off to the north, but gave me the closest lighting strike in years. Sounded awesome. 0.38" of rain on the day. Temp is 74, dew is 72.

Got a quick intense downpour and decent wind gust which snapped a branch off a tree. Dropped the temp to 75 and dew to 71. Looks like there's a couple little nuggets developing in the wake of this storm.

High of 96.4F. Humidity wasn't too bad today, but the dew is now up to 76.

I haven't seen a 100F day in at least 11 years.

There really wasn't much to it. Most of the lightning occurred just to the north on the severe warned cell. A couple minutes of downpours and some wind, but it killed the temp which isn't going to recover, so that's nice.
