And here I was thinking how beautiful the weather is. lol. It is boring as hell, though. I'm really craving a tropical or coastal system. Doesn't have to be a Sandy, but just something with wind, rain, and low level clouds ripping at 60 knots.
Picked up an additional 0.65" of light and steady rain since the thunderstorms yesterday. Sitting at 1.70" right now with a small amount left to go. Very beneficial rainfall, finally!
Edit: So much for "small amount." Up to 2.20", now, with some more to come.
August ended with 1.99" of rain. Kicked off September with a low of 55F this morning. Models don't look too optimistic for rainfall to start this month. Lets hope this fall doesn't end up like the last one with monster wildfires.
