Temperature wise I was exactly the same that Sunday.  It was 27 when the first flakes started.  Temp dropped to 23 during the snow. I got 7.5 from that storm but did better a little better than you on the storm 2 days later where I recorded 5.5.

Even down at sea level I got 6.0 on the 8th, then 2.5 on the 10th. I’m all for a 12/8/13 repeat.

Jeez it’s gonna be melt down city up in my forum, good thing I’m in Florida this week.  Amazing how guidance just destroys the shortwave as it advances up across PA.  I’m inclined to think that won’t weaken as fast as models currently show so I wouldnt feel too bad for northern folks in this forum up in SE PA.   You may see this trend higher on QPF over the next 48 hours in those zones

I’m all for northern zones cashing in, as long as y’all don’t take our snow from us.

    You moved to Stephens City?

Let me know if you need someone to show you around.

List things you like about your location, my therapist says it helps, but it hasn’t worked for me yet.

Maybe I haven't paid enough attention, but I've only noticed a handful of posters who's been consistently whiny and negative. Most seem ok at least from what I've seen. Maybe there are other annoying debs too, but I can't really recall who they are.

I’ve only been on here 5 years, but I don’t think it’s any worse than previous seasons. Maybe I just don’t give a shit. People will be people, they are annoying, full of doubt, and oblivious to others. It’s the same if you walk into Wegman’s.

While DC/NVA are certainly not out of it, we need the southern trend to halt today and keep us close.  If RIC can stay the bullseye today with EZF on the northern edge of 3”, I’d feel good for getting that last 24 hour push north to get NVA/DC into the 3”+ totals.

I’m hosting a bunch of family this weekend in Deep Creek including six nieces and nephews who really want to see snow...even just 2-3” there would be great for them.

You don’t have any snow on the ground up there?

0z 3k really lifts the warm air through the area quickly w the next batch of precip. Just a small amount of addtl snow accums even for the extreme northern areas.

Yeah I saw that, shows max of like an inch in Balt/Carroll.

Hrrr too, like an inch near Westminster. Has to be considered I guess...
