God this event was terrible. .34” of rain. I made fun of Beachin, but I saw photos and looks like Bel Air has at least 2”.

Sometimes I even get more snow than Manchester in really marginal elevation dependent storms.  So it’s hard to tell what the real longer term avg is.  It’s probably closer to 43-44” though as 2010 when I had 101.7” is still skewing the avg up.
