  1. Officially 83 at Newport News, VA. The previous official high was 79 degrees. So destroyed it. Same thing will happen tomorrow.
  2. Supposed to be 83 tomorrow here, a record high.
  3. 75 for a high and some showers.
  4. Surprise backdoor cold front off the Atlantic. Was supposed to be 75 but never got above 55. Currently 44. Surprisingly common here this time of year.
  5. I got 0.1in November. 6in December storm. 2 in, 1 in in January. Then 1 inch and 2 inches in February. So a 11.1 in for the season. Here in York County, VA.
  6. 70 today for a while, winter is over.
  7. It was supposed to snow but 36.1 and rain.
  8. I was expecting a little snow but it's 39 and rain. It's March so farewell to winter.

  10. Yeah, NESIS sucks. I have measured more and less in every snowstorm in VA. They probably go through Wakefield and they have been way low lately.
  11. I measured 1 inch on the patio table at 6 PM, I went back out at 9 pm and it was 2 inches.

GREEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN PROVIDENCE: - STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 37.9 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE GREATEST SINGLE SNOWSTORM ON RECORD, WHICH WAS 28.6 INCHES SET DURING THE BLIZZARD OF `78, ON FEBRUARY 6-7, 1978. - DAILY SNOWFALL OF 35.5 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD ONE-DAY SNOWFALL, WHICH WAS 19.0 INCHES SET DURING THE BLIZZARD OF `96, ON JANUARY 8, 1996. - FINALLY, THE DAILY SNOWFALL OF 35.5 INCHES BROKE THE RECORD SNOWFALL FOR FEBRUARY 23, WHICH WAS JUST 3.8 INCHES IN 1967. A FINAL UPDATE WILL BE SENT JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT.
