Develop between niagara fall and Toronto and comes ashore nw monroe county.

We get em occasionally in roc. Yup no wind in the just pours snow straight down huge flakes 3 inches a hour.

Models can have a very hard time with these set ups. Sometimes not much on south shore. Sometime a foot. Sometimes analogs are best shot at forecasting.
