Got to 89F today before some showers came through dropping me down to 78F. Wonder if that will have any effect when the main line approaches in the next few hours.

Plenty of thunder and some wind, but nothing more than passing drizzle. Still, it was enough to knock my temp down to 81F.

Sneaky heat today...93F.

I’ll be happy with just a couple of drops to keep this rain-on-the-weekend streak alive.

Topped out at 99F yesterday. Current forecast is for 91F today -- looks like I get to enjoy one more day of the heatwave. Yay

I’ve got more junk down in the yard from today’s thing-a-ma-jig than Thursday’s storm. Looks like clouds will clear out in the next few hours. Can we make a late day run at 90F?

The winds are ripping here, like a squall line is passing through.

Hearing thunder and the winds are picking up. My phone thinks it’s 87F and is still forecasting a high of 92F for today. 

Picking up a light shower, temp down to 76F. Sure would be something if clouds hung around all day and I don’t make it to 80F. 

Flash flood warnings in NE PA. Who had that on their bingo card for today?

Looks like a little “back building” going on. I might just get clipped by this thing. That would be a very welcomed surprise 

Getting cloud debris from the storms north of us. With a little luck, maybe it will shave a degree or two off today’s forecasted high temps.

Otherwise, already 80F at 10am with a DP of 71F.

No. I’m nearly 60 and can’t recall a forecast with 3 consecutive days of triple digits. Fortunately out this way, my highest temp forecast is 98F…so I got that going for me.
