Man I am going to bust high on the Cape if we do not get better lift right now. I do not understand given the best banding is over my area, but yet we are in light snow.
I'll take anything we can get.

How much snow do you have? Is it snowing hard?
Going out to measure at 5 PM. It's snowing to beat the band.

What was the best February since records began?

They are plowing 28 here in Harwich. 31F temp right now, N to NE wind at times.
The part of 28 I live on has a nice curve with a hill (people are driving waaay too fast). The Breakfast Room looks dead. Can barely see Cuffy's out the back window.

Certainly is, its a mega band
How's your wind? It's favoring the NNE here. 28 has been plowed, but it's an uphill battle.

I got 3.2" as of 414pm this afternoon in Harwich, MA. Temp has dropped to 31F as NE winds take over and switch to N at times. Our surface low is below 994mb just southeast of the benchmark. Pressure falls at the buoy near the benchmark has dropped almost 4mb in the last hour.
Nice band coming our way.

I'm salivating at that band..

Shaping up to be better than the OES Fest we had back on the 29th. Wind has kicked up here a little bit.

The sky is getting dark here. Still pouring down snow.

We're at 2 inches now. I'm going to hold off on sending that up to Norton. Opting to send the 4 PM.

Oh ok..thanks for explaining. I remember 93-94 very well. Was a record breaker here. Until two years later....
Favorite event from that winter was the 12/29-12/30/1993 event.
