0.4" here. Dry snow. It squeaks nicely.
-
Vis has dropped.
-
Current storm reminds me of Feb. '92. Same flake size. I was out on ACK at the time.
-
Coming down hard. Tiny flakes, almost like powdered sugar.

Looks more like the Loch Ness Monster to me.
Didn't you just get a foot the other day?
Looks like a thumb.
-
Beginning to fall a little heavier now.

First flakes here at West Dennis. 12:10 PM onset.
-
Still OVC here. Is a little darker off to WSW. 33F

Solid band stretched across CT now. Huge flakes . 1” per hour rates . For now anyway
Stretching E from HFD to PVD? That IS a nice band.

Sun still dim. Altostratus undulatus.
-
Sun is diffuse. Can see murky blue sky to the SSW. High Clouds still sitting over us.

Without our mods and Mets this place would become AccuWeather in 2007 very quickly
I shuddered at this. There was so many clashing egos in there it makes Sting more palatable (and his ego is known for sucking the air out of a room)

Nice sunrise this morning. High clouds, but looks dark off to the west.

Anyone know where I can get/download a blank map of New England/Atlantic Canada? I seem to remember one a long time ago that was one of those NCEP maps that was totally blank as though it was sent out in error. Maybe that was on Eastern?

Cosgrove has been insistent the pattern goes through March, and breaks in early April....warms up quickly, so we actually have a decent spring.
I agree, at this point.
You mean we go from winter right into summer?

Nice look on NAM for SNE.
What about Cape?

Very nice storm. Looking forward to the next one.
-
6.1 Inches. We are done. Next storm, please.
-
It's turning into concrete here. There's no real good "squeak" to the snow.
-
The snow has slowed. About 6" total. We'll probably clock out from this shortly.
Not bad. So far E. Sandwich is the winner here on the Cape with 8".

Based on reports out of Chatham, and a similar temp battle all storm, I can’t imagine they’ll end up with anything more than an inch or so of slush (if that).
Shame. 5.5 here. We're almost done.
14" this season so far.

1 Inch. The store and school down the road are hardly visible. The store is about 500 yds from me. The school is about 800 yds.
