I'll wait for the pros to chime in (and yes we know it's the NAM but we need entertainment until the real models), but the NAM honestly doesn't look that bad. Cold looks impressive enough maybe to offset the amping a little. Also, keep in mind, this could be 100% weenie coping at the moment too. Probably more that.

Still in the damn Metro. 16 minute headways on a work morning is insane. Anyway, trying to do model comparisons on a phone is the devil. Anybody got any comps on 6z NAM and 12z?

So 6z Euro has more QPF, better snow maps and is a touch colder and reading through here you would think it got....worse?

Hey, whatever it works. I hope feeling normal and zen feels good. Nobody want's a mix, but I'm honestly still hyped for this...but this really has gotta stop right here, lol. It's a moisture bomb and we got cold for frozen.

I'm talking the 6 hour panels. Haven't seen it look like that so far. 3 hour panel with .75. I just like being optimistic..nobody wants a mix, but regardless we will get our best storm in 10 years.

Noticing some bulging back toward the SSW more with that northern piece of energy coming down from the north over MT/ID more so than 18z
