  1. Still positive improvements over 6z. At this point, I'll stop with the 0z, no longer useful since it's clear that will be better than this run. Basically, relative to all 3 runs, this one can be some up as the goldilocks run. Right in the middle
  2. Northern stream better aligned, better height rises so far than 6z
  3. out to 45. It's obvious it will be better than 6z for sure.
  4. Well guys, this is it for me. 12z. IF things go down hill, I think Imma walk away for a bit. Not gonna stay here and whine and mope and shit up the thread for everyone else. So, here I am
  5. Go to bed. Not the run we were looking for vs 18z. But not a disaster
  6. Eastern side of the trof when it gets closer to us is flatter...not as sharp as 18z
  7. TPV (or whatever the big gyre thing is over NE Canada) kinda pressing a bit more, lowering heights from 18z from the northern vort
  8. So far , pretty similar except for slightly lower heights in front, but again...not fatal
  9. Looks like tail/western vort is a hair west of where it was at 18z
  10. It is indeed the proverbial step back, but not a disaster
  11. Leaves back more energy than 18z GFS. This does not appear to be the run we are looking for
  12. Funny thing is, it looks slightly worse than 18z GFS, but..it kinda looks like the 0z NAM
  13. Recovered a bit, but heights are lower in front vs 18z...not dramatically so
  14. Seeing some negative changes vs 18z. The northern stream angle seems weirdly different. its digging like straight down instead of ssw
  15. ok, 24 hours...angle of the dangle (northern stream vort) is better. No determination on how good/bad yet
