  1. If that trough can go negative, GFS says we might be tracking the wrong storm. But blah, can't worry about a fantasy land potential.
  2. heh..the vort behind it is really trying to dig...let's see if it can do it. Trough is definitely more robust vs 6z
  3. Um, everything I said was accurate. I adjusted as I saw more. Stop dude.
  4. another northern stream vort behind it, actually looks decent, but the storm we're watching may have lowered heights too much for it to do anything. Let's see..
  5. Hold on..looks better..I'm at 171...just need the trough to go negative...quick
  6. Looks better at 156, trough is still positively tilted. Axis from SW Louisiana to NE MI
  7. It's a mess. SW energy left behind...trough broad...this run looks like shit so far
  8. That said, it was one of the ugliest 989 lows I've ever seen. (Yes psu, I know why).
  9. Signal, blah blah blah. The Euro at least digs the base down much farther south than the GFS
  10. Super wide right, lol. Like halfway between North Carolina and Bermuda
  11. Kinda looks like all of the other guidance so far...southern vort races ahead and washes out...Gonna wait a bit, but I think this isn't the run we're looking for. broad trough..might be good for New England
  12. Comparing with 12z, Euro still has the northern stream coming down. The stj wave is further west. The northern vort is about the same place.
  13. ahh nevermind, I thought it was sparked from just that northern vort. Mets?
