We really don't do shifts. I know they pay closer attention during big events and are generally just around. I usually don't moderate because I'm terrible at it and I'm just as bad as anybody else. -

RGEM is just a massive sleet bomb with a primary into OH

8" on the ICON before we flip (Kuchera tho). 10:1 is like 6/7

It's much colder and has us snow at 12z. Sleet line is down just south of RIC

Yup. Going to go with the 3k because it seems to be better at thermals, but mainly because it gives me more snow.
