    21z it finally gets moderate...freezing line on I-95. This run appears to be a.....back step

    So far, drier than 18z. with precip cut off like just north of DC and most of it is light. 18z was mod to almost heavy. Sigh

    sfc is kinda underwhelming so far. Precip is lighter and bit patchier. nothing to panic over yet. Lets see if it's a late bloomer

    H5 is definitely sharper than 18z. It really has improved a signifcant amount. Let's see what happens at the surface

    Almost time to make a call. I see positive changes with the H5. Surface is showing some weak signs of improvement. Just still not in our time frame yet
