Was a little surprised it got that warm.

54 this morning. The fall foliage was the best I ever seen this year in my area. A lot of other people have said the same thing. I think we had the just right conditions. Like some rain (no heavy rain) those fall temp swings, no wind that allowed the leaves to change and stay on the trees for an extended time. It was the most spectacular display I ever witnessed.

Another topsy-turvy in the temp department last night. Woke up at 5:45 am temp was 41, but some time during the night it dropped to 32 now the temp dropped again to 36. Had some frost ice on the vehicles again.

You need the cold...you can run from it but you can not hide from it. It will eventually get you to some degree or degrees!

I'm very confident i'll be mowing grass in November...again.

Sometime overnight temperature dropped to 33 but at 5:45am it was back up to 42.
