  1. Whatever...I'll take a Grinch storm if it means more sustained cold and snow chances after. I think most on here would too.
  2. Haha that’s out of the 09-10 playbook. Supression depression then rain
  3. Round that up to 3 and my pale Irish skin sizzles.
  4. Phew. I was concerned there for a moment. Lol
  5. Let's shoot for both. Christmas shoppers in tees blown away.
  6. Next weekend's cutter looks like a deluge. GL NNE.
  7. FYSA - There will be plenty of melts if next weekend's deluge verifies with cold/dry following or threats of more cutters in the week following. It should be a good show.
  8. That's what I thought. Not as "grinchy" if there's no snow already on the ground. It's only especially "grinchy" when our good pack gets stolen from under our feet in the days leading up to Christmas.
  9. Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk? Sick
  10. Somewhat hyperbolic on my part. It’s wintry there though. Doesn’t matter anyway. It’s 10+ days out lol
  11. 18z GFS is comical for the 12/15 threat. MA special that cuts. DC gets warning snows. SNE gets rain.
  12. VT and coastal ME are my retirement locale preferences. 35 year plan.
  13. Let's move that trough off AK a little closer to the Aleutians. That smells of fast flow/late development and suppression to this amateur weenie.
  14. Odds that we hit 100 pages on this thread before BOS records another measurable (>0.1")? I'd say high to very high.
  15. I think you all should do a year or two in a non-snowy climate. It helps with your patience. I experienced a ratter in DC (1" sleet, dusting of snow for the entire winter) which makes these frustrating periods easier to deal with.
  16. 6z GFS whiffs DC. About to board that Ginxy train. Holding out until 12z tomorrow.
  17. I’d be interested to know whether the Pope still thinks this cuts with the best snows for NH and VT...inquiring minds would like to know.
  18. We wait until Friday once the northern SWs get sampled. If we see positive moves before then...gravy. If we see negative moves before then...good riddance.
