    Absolutely. Let’s get the primary to rot far west in the Lakes so the secondary keeps us on the cold side. This has SWFE with secondary assist written all over it as currently modeled though. Heavy snow on the Cape while DIT pings? Lol

    My specific location struggles with marine taint in the coldest of January storms. I remember 1/4/18 when Boston was heavy snow in the teens and I was 33F flirting with rain. Just inland, sure...pattern looks solid!!

    I didn’t say it’s impossible to get snow out here on the tip of Cape Ann this early, I just said I don’t expect it for a while. Sheesh.

    No snow expected along the coast for a while due to warm SSTs, but blocking means some good coastal storms should be kicking up some good surf soon.

    I still had some green maple leaves hanging on as of yesterday. Went to work in the dark, returned in the dark, so not sure if this morning’s 18F low finally did them in.

    I I just stumbled across the northern hemisphere snow cover map...and wow! We’re looking mighty wintry for 11/13. That’s a wintry look on 1/13 for that matter.
