That's like losing access to daily colonoscopies.

New Euro is now shifting the late week snows up towards MSP.
Would guess the following storm will target southern/eastern MI.
We have a hot hand eh

Man the radar dried up like a Stephen Wright stand up routine. It didn't just move out, it vanished. Pretty crazy.
Very common for the great lakes region. The moisture supply gets choked off when the storm starts to transfer energy to the coast.

Jeez, DTW is going with far north solutions. The HRRR is way south of the area....and the GFS is too.

Absolutely no way he'll be back on a sock. Zero chance.

Trixie's entire account was deleted late Friday night by a vengeful admin. In response a mod went and retroactively suspended/banned a slew of posters for things deemed offensive in the past. According to some a good chunk of this board is apparently bigoted, sexist, racist, and homophobic assholes.
IDK
I heard unauthorized Tapatalk usage during suspensions was a real problem too.

really? that sounds like some r kelly shit. If you catch my drift.
He was trying to make some point and it came out real clunky.
I'm sure he'll be back on a sock. If he does....I'd advise he sticks to weather.

Anyone else around DTW wondering why we are still getting freezing rain. Hourly this morning said rain by 10am imby. Was not anticipating this but neat to a small extent nonetheless
edit: as I say that it changed over
Tons of ice out my way. 1 inch of liquid while below freezing. About half an inch of ice on tree limbs.

That has been the theme for most storms this winter. QPF gets cuts back over time.
We always fall for it.
Take a QPF output 72 hours out and halve it. That's the reality of being this far from the ocean, we don't have the moisture transport.

Could be wild around here. 1.25 liquid falling on my neighborhood while temps are in the upper 20s.

Nobody in Michigan is getting more then 4 or 5 inches. This is a midwest low moisture storm, classic poor performer.
