Ripping here again. Looks like things have really filled in around E CT and RI too.
-
Picking back up here... looks like that northern HFD county band is slipping south.
-
1.3" new since 10:50 PM with moderate snow. 6.6" total so far.

It’s starting to get respectable now...3” new so far.
I think we end around 7-7.5" total... unless another band like the one earlier comes through here.
-
1" new since 9:25 PM with moderate to heavy snow. 5.3" total so far.
-
Been steady moderate here the past half hour or so... looks like northern HFD county is really cashing in.
-
Pretty light ATM but looks like stuff to the NE is strengthening a bit.
-
Another heavier burst going on here right now. Sitting steady at 28 degrees.

Brings us up to 4” or so for the event. Takes some of the sting away from yesterday’s lack of performance. Nice.
Measured 1.6" yesterday and about 2.7" today so far. Not as impressive now but keep this moderate stuff up for a few more hours and we got a respectable total.
-
Just measured 2.1" new since it started back up around 7 PM. Moderate snow.
-
Down to moderate snow as the band pushes west... haven't measured but that band had to have dropped like 2"
-
HRRR does it again at 1z. Band seems like it's slowing down.

Nice moderate snow even under this little hole on radar.
0z HRRR looks like it's about to paint a stripe from here to Tolland.
-
Small hole on radar about to roll through but it's quite heavy ATM.
-
Intensity just spiked... solid moderate snow outside. Starting to hear more wind too. 29.3F
-
Light snow. 29.7F
-
Starting to see some flakes back in the air... radar looking better.

Looking at radar you can see the returns slowly sagging south near the Mass Pike and filling in to the east. There should be some periods of snow tonight. I don't see alot of evidence pointing to us getting shut out from here.
Yeah I'm starting to see it... better spot up there but should be good for a bit here at least.

What was surprising here..nothing melted. The Snow cover is intact. Temp never went above freezing here. I thought it would have gone up to 36-37 for sure. But it stayed cold all night and all day.
I actually thought it would go up for a little while when it was rising a bit earlier... got to 32.8 and went back down.

Down to 31.2F now, overcast. Not expecting much tonight but another 2" or so would certainly be welcome.
