  3. true, but just wanted to clear up the inland/coast, we are both right
  4. yeah looks better on KGYX can barely see it on KBOX radar
  5. I meant coastal areas, not inland .. not much on the coast.. who cares about 70mph winds inland
  6. GFS close up looks like Holly beach would be a good spot.. if it made landfall according to this run, it's on the west side so maybe not great for surge.. not much east but swamps
  7. Yeap, you posted many charts showing the heat/dew. Most folks have been on board, but now that we are in September of course we will start to deviate in our thoughts, just like the weather will.
  8. this is looking and more like a central TX landfall
  9. i think most folks have been reasonable about the heat this summer, not downplaying it
  10. You can see what can go wrong as with Marco.. you really need perfect conditions for a CAT4/5, I think cat 3 is very likely. folks think Gulf and instant cat5
  11. looks very spotty here today, good luck those south of the pike
  12. Looks meh maybe some mid 80s at least first week of sept.
  13. from NWS discussion for Tuesday. Heavy downpours are also likely, PWAT values are between 1.50" and 1.80" during the afternoon. Urban flooding would be the biggest concern as area waterways remain lower than normal as a result of the dry weather pattern.
  14. Down to 68.2, another 0.22” down and looks like more headed in.. lots of lightning/thunder
  15. You will get hit by the end of that line north of us Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  16. Really need to see it organize better I think, up in the air.. at the cape week of the 29th so hoping for a miss anyway.
  17. AN maybe but not a torch, I mean 70s with an occasional 80 iin September is fine.
