  1. 2.7" seems to be the closest measurement here. Might have been a little more but to stay consistent I'll go with the same NWS measurement. Fun event...I actually enjoyed getting out and driving in it at the height of the heavy snow.
  2. Some months it feels like it
  3. Nice way to end winter today
  4. I enjoyed that...snow from go and it's gorgeous out. My threshold was met no doubt but even if it wasn't this snow oasis in the middle of this winter turd is appreciated
  5. Just got home from Reston a pretty solid difference plus it was still snowing decently in leesburg. I'd say between 2-3" for sure
  6. For 2 days we talked about best rates between 2-6 lol its 2:20
  7. Never got heavy...most of the clown snow maps showed a little gap from SW of here jumping over and the maxing again around Chills house. I'm not sure what causes that but basically it light to moderate snowed here since it got going for real. Tomas Kinkade would be proud of the scenery
  8. I mean it's just your classic snow on grass, mulch and roof tops snow....not hating but so far just not heavy enough here for much pavement damage. Still a great week as my Gophers won, Vikings won and it snowed. Big smiles here....good luck to the rest of ya
  9. Better hurry up the experts are saying it's over at 4
  10. I'm still stunned that Bob called this event back in November based on the ensembles...amazing
  11. Seems clear to me that pavement accumulations will be pretty difficult here but everything else is solidly whitening up and it is snowing moderately. I'm good
  12. We need big John from the Green Mile to lay his hands on the snow gods so we can get some consistent flow
  13. Just grass slush right now sidewalks wet...but my window faces east...which blows by the way...so it could be on some concrete that isn't looking directly into the sun
