My real wind came after dark. Yesterday daylight was pretty normal here. No damage any where I have been as of yet.

As of 10:30 last night. I ended up with a 51. 4th time I have broken 50 since Jan 1. Just down from me in MD there were some upper 50's.. Both LNS and MDT came in at 54 for that contest. 33 for the low this AM. 34 now....looks sort of like a fall morning with thick, dark clouds (but not precip threatening) rolling in from the West. Seems like there was a confirmed tornado in Delaware. Someone may have already commented that, and I missed.

All this huffing and puffing and I did not notice that bronny James is coming to state college. Wow

I am hearing a lot of down spouts rattling. Was not bad at all daytime but a little more serious tonight. High gust is 47

Makes it work extra hard when cold. Super strange.

I did not notice any houses with it but a lot of commercial buildings went that direction.

Do they still put the ac's on top of these twig houses in Arizona?

Several of the HRRR wind maps had a rippled look to them as if the wind was in different corridors. It was a unique look. Also, if you take 15 down into MD there are signs where you get past St Mary's warning of higher winds due to the tunneling effect of the near by ridges.

We have had a gust of 44 here now.

I was getting it off their 5 min readings so not sure how valid those are. Had a gust near 40 here for the top so far. (Oh I see, sarcasm. Lol, sorry.)

You are running way out ahead of me again. I may not get number 1 until next weekend. The lack of rain has slowed the growth here.

Thundershower came through HGR and they had a gust of 55.

I am starting to feel jealous with all the rain everyone is getting. It feels like mid summer already as to the norm. The curse of the Blizz.

Lanco experiencing the same thing...had a sustained 40 and a gust of 46 but now just 10-12ish.

MDT recorded a sustained 40 and gust of 51.

We did just have a gust up to the low 30's again so still some decent winds mixing down. It's picked up a bit over the last 5-10 min.

I think it location based...it has been quite calm here for an hour or so....gusts 10-15ish. Not even a top 10 day for 2023 at this point as to gust speed.

Maybe it is that gust front the models kept showing. A quick 30-35 sustained running through.

It may be yet another wind warning that does not really happen. Uncanny the way it keeps happening. There were some one off runs where the winds and storms veered se of the central Lsv.
