  1. Mod rain and down to a cool 59 (cool as in a big drop from an hour ago)
  2. When I lived away from this area in the LSV I remember it raining moderate amounts more often, yes. I actually remember real synoptic/low pressure systems some summers. Now it is rare we get one to go under us here.
  3. IMO, anything less than 1/4" every 3-4 days is not going to cut it in May-Sept. Getting 2" of rain in a month, if spread out/falling every 3-4 days, is better than 4" of rain only spread out over 3 total days. The grass will go dormant or die if it only rains 3 days in a month.
  4. Was Nerlens Noel the one they should have kept?
  5. Cannot imagine anyone in Southern Central and Eastern PA not making it.
  6. If they are, they will quickly switch Allegiants and go back to using MDT. LOL
  7. I just read that the airplanes are actually fairly big. 137 passengers. Breeze Airlines. Service to Orlando starts in October. Apparently this is a first as to regular scheduled jets.
  8. That was why I pointed out that LNS is getting commercial jets (albeit it small). May change the temps there! For today over here it has stayed at 70-72 for 3 hours now. Got there around 7 and has not budged.
  9. The high today was higher than any Average/Normal Summer Day at MDT including the peak heat of July. What are you waiting for? LOL.
  10. WGAL said they reached 89 but official numbers should show at 7 on the 5 min site. I just heard Lanco AP is getting commercial jet service. Maybe some new temp issues for them.
  11. Maybe a new record getting traction on two posts from the same pic as last week! I heard AI was a bang banger on the streets of VA Beach/Newport News.
  12. Their 5 min temps sure look like they reached 88 or 89 but I know better than to trust them until they list the official number. Maybe they did and you saw it?
  13. Looks like it grabbed this pic before you had a chance to put on your tie this AM.
  14. One of the MDT mets took their therm to Hershey Park and got on a coaster.
  15. It can't HRRRt to see what the model says and going to use MDT since that is where the record is recorded. HRRR has MDT at 79 for 11AM which is on the dot or one degree too high (MDT may be 78 right now.) Eventually high is 86 from 1-5PM. We shall see how it does. The HRRR is the warmest of the normal meso's I use for today's high at MDT.
