    Phils will be dodging raindrops w/a 3 game series starting Monday at CBP.     I would pay big money to have 40s/50s windy, rainy days til Fall. Hell, throw in T-Storms, TS/hurricanes, tornado and a earthquake wouldn't hurt. 48F/Overcast
