How useful is it to use the sref when it has a mean of 7" at LGA the night before an event that we all know will produce 2" max there?
This ensemble is prone to wild swings.
It's what happens when the same 5 teams get most of the 5 star recruits every year. Ohio State is one of those teams though. College football is a mess.
