  1. It’s been over for a long time .. if you allowed it to be ...
  2. Fantastic spring . Little cold or rain and warmth .
  3. Interesting day in that it’s hotter in the elevations than the valleys . Has to have something to do with the south flow channel effect up valley and colder river water
  4. Just an awesome day here around 75 and mainly sunny. Dews have been creeping up. It looks like some weird CTRV channeling of south winds up the valley has kept clouds over BDL while areas in all other directions are mainly sun
  5. If there’s convection tonight, sure that could happen, With convection , there’s winners and there’s losers. Like last night
  6. You’re really embarrassing yourself even more. Just acknowledge your errors, understand why they happened.. and move on. Full sun, few wispy cirrus and rising quickly
  7. Just checking in while I’m eating lunch in the hot sun on the deck , tanning a bit. Still 3 hours of heating . How’s your day going?
  8. Couple of gusts and 60’s Saturday with shorts. Such a silly AFD
  9. ridge building in. And thanks to deep mixing and higher sun angle for early May, temperatures should rebound pretty quickly to just a tad below seasonal levels (low to mid 60s for early May). Not bad considering the brief shot of late winter chill!
  10. Hey man..can you go back and give a write up of what went wrong in your thought process/ forecast for the big snowstorm where you had no snow for HFD to BOS on north? It would be a great learning experience for you I believe.. and would help us to see what happened. Thanks!
  11. It’ll be interesting to see if he acknowledges his errors or disappears like the snowstorm forecast
  12. No rain . No surprise . Convective not synoptic This has been a truly warm spring. Best since 2012. Can anyone let us know if Pope drops in here today. I’ll let him know the temps in the warm sector in CT
  13. Some get 2-3”. Areas in between see .25. We are into tstorm season/ ring of fire early this year. Top 15 warm springs leading into hot summers.. in history . This is how they start
  14. Just convection. It’s haves vs have nots. This is not synoptic
  15. Yeah that’s just showing there’s going to be thunderstorms. With some areas getting inches and others little to none. That ain’t synoptic
  16. Scooter apparently had never heard of Naperville . That’s what it’s like outside today. It’s a nape in Naperville kind of day.
